Intressant match. Trevliga höjdpunkter:
Orcs, round one: All orc units charged forward, Trolls stood drooling, even though the orc boss shouted at them. Orc shaman started of in great confidence, getting his head blown up by the Waagh!
Skaven, round one: Advancement by the slaves and night-runners, exciting the fanatics enough to pop out. One hit, the rest missed. Warlock engineer fryed the troll and orc-boss unit for six hits, causing three wounds to the boss and three to the trolls, and they missed all their saves. Orc boss dead and trolls running, couldn't be better. Wheelie, the second warlock engineer ate Warpstone, got one wound from that and miscast, lost a casting level and suffering a Strengh 8 hit, which failed to wound. Excellent, a model knowning a spell, but unable to use it... Ratling gun powered up to bring doom upon the orcs, but got greedy after the first 6. Second roll: 6, misfire, kaboom.
Round two: Giant Squighopper with goblin-chief charged 40 pts worth of skaven slaves, failed to kill enough and fled. Later he failed to rally and fled of the table. The slaves pursued into the squig-hoppers but lost the charge and fled. 4 squigs hit 7 of the 8 attacks and killed 7 slaves...
The rest: The fanatics failed to hit anything, until it really mattered and they smashed right through the clanrats and storm-vermin, causing panic to the clanrats, who fled of the table.
All the rats tried to restrain pursuit, but failed throughout the game.
4 Squig-Hoppers rear-charge 18 plaguemonks with warbanner. They have to kill five plaguemonks with 3+to hit and 3+ to wound, should have been 3,5 dead, but no, six monks lay dead, the rest ran for their lives and crashed into the orcs.
Last turn: All the goblins fled. Ratling gun lay down fire for the fifth round on the same unit. So far the gun had failed to wound enough of the green-skin, and the unit had never had to take a Ld-test. Last round, they must flee for the rats to be victorius. Lots of hits, they lose their Ld 8 roll and run for it, straight through the last nightrunner-unit. Smack. Nightrunners control the objctive, and secures a minor victory for the Vermin horde.
